Ultrasonic welding equipment for metal collectors of solar water heaters

Solar energy has become a global focus in recent years due to its significant advantages such as being clean, inexhaustible, and safe. In the development of the solar industry, the thermal utilization and conversion technology of solar water heaters is the most mature, and its industrialization process is also a step ahead of industries like solar cells and solar power generation.
Taiwan's solar water heater market reaches an annual scale of 80,000 square meters, making it the 8th largest market in the world; the total accumulated installation area exceeds 1 million square meters, ranking it the 10th largest country in the world utilizing solar thermal energy; its installation density ranks 3rd in the world.
Solar water heating systems basically utilize the collector plate of the collector to absorb solar radiation energy and heat the water inside the collector plate. The water is then transported to the storage tank via pump circulation or the thermosiphon principle for collection and use.
Jinghua Ultrasonic collaborated with ITRI Energy Research Laboratories to develop an ultrasonic welding machine for metal collector plates of solar water heaters, and successfully tested it in May 2010.
